Flexibility best describes how we would work with you. We mold our services to your needs and expectations. We build a team of experienced professionals to address your situation to insure the outcome you need, is the outcome you get.

Regarding Our Fees
We serve organizations best in the context of a relationship, although a portion of our work takes the form of projects as well.

1. Most of our work involves some level of strategic counsel and/or strategy development in the context of a specific project, timeframe or budget. Agency time is billed at various rates depending on the project and funds you have available for the project. Our commitment is to live within any reasonable budget provided. We therefore look for ways to adapt our services, including involving your personnel through selected assignments.

2. Senior consulting fees are billed at $2,200 per diem, plus travel expenses. Unlike other management consulting firms, you are charged only for the actual time we work for you. We do not nickel and dime you for every call, photo-copy, or minor expense. You will know in advance what our fees will be, and that’s what you will pay. There will be no changes unless we both agree.

3. Our training seminars are billed at $2,500 a day for any size group. Please let us know if your budget or situation requires specialized attention.
